NoCallSupport enables rapid and efficient delivery of support requests to your merchants, manufacturers and service providers. For non-urgent support that can be automated without requiring human intervention, NoCallSupport enables consumers to save time and effort when seeking support on their products or services.
Participating businesses use Intrep-ID technology to send a Support Intrepid, an encrypted digital receipt of your transaction. When support/service needs to be requested, the Support Intrepid is uploaded to NoCallSupport (or the merchant site). The Intrepids are unpacked and the data sent directly to the Merchant. When the support request is completed, a confirmation is sent to you. All data is purged from NoCallSupport after it is used to create the service request.
Support Intrepids save consumers hours of time by untethering them from their merchant's call center. No need for the tiresome authentication mechanisms as well as repetitive data exchange with multiple agents.
